Brewing Suggestions
Take 2-3g matcha powder, add a small amount of warm water (about 80°C), whisk with a tea whisk until smooth and clump-free, then add hot water or milk to serve.
Take 2-3g matcha powder, mix with a small amount of warm water to make matcha paste, then add 200-250ml hot or cold milk, stir well.
Add directly to flour or other ingredients according to recipe ratio, stir well before use.
